Hi, I’m Siorna your London headshot photographer.

If you’re like me and many of the clients I work with, then you are someone who struggles with having your photograph taken. You’ve probably never felt comfortable in front of the camera and creating that confident and trustworthy look does not come naturally. 

But now you need to show up for your business. You need to have authentic and friendly photographs for LinkedIn or your website.

A: Yes! I work with fabulously talented hair and makeup artists. They specialise in editorial and commercial makeup. No matter your skin tone, gender or ethnicity, my team will always make you feel and look fabulous. Hair and makeup can be added to your package after you book. 

A: Yes! I love to and this is a special part that will make your experience tailored to you. I offer a style consult where we can talk about what you’ll wear, accessories, props, backgrounds and colours. I also have tips to email if you prefer support over email. You’ll know exactly what to bring and what to expect on the day. Every London headshot photographer should be helping you prepare for your photoshoot.

A: The experience lasts about 1.5 hours. Your photoshoot is not rushed and we go at your pace and comfort. Add an additional hour if you’ve selected hair and makeup.

A: Yes. We can photograph business partners or a small team in the studio. There’s a small additional fee per person. The maximum group number is 3 people.

If you’re looking for an on-location London headshot photography session with multiple people, please get in touch for a quote. 

A: You receive a contact sheet within 4 working days of the photoshoot. A contact sheet is a PDF with small low-resolution thumbnails of your images. You can let me know which of the photographs you would like me to fully edit and purchase.

I offer a video call if you’d like help selecting your photographs. This also allows you the opportunity to discuss retouching anything you’re self-conscious about. Remember, we all have our unique experiences with our bodies – I’m here to make you look and feel your best!

A: I do edit your photographs. My approach to editing your body is always a conversation so that I can respect your wishes. We discuss anything you’re self-conscious about during the shoot and again when you select your photographs. Remember, we all have our unique experiences with our bodies – I’m here to make you look and feel your best! My editing style focuses on you on your best day.

These are the things that I will usually edit:

  • Light levels
  • Correct skin tone colour
  • Correct makeup
  • Remove stray hairs
  • Neaten and smooth clothing
  • Change to black and white

Unless you ask me otherwise, I will also remove the following:

  • Bruises
  • Spots

I leave moles and scars unless you tell me otherwise.

The top 5 things I most frequently get asked to tweak are:

  • Add volume to my hair
  • Slim my arms
  • Slim my waist
  • Smooth my skin
  • Reduce or remove my wrinkle lines

A: Of course! You have personal printing rights for the images you purchase and can print those files on your own. Prints come in many sizes, so let me know if you’ll be doing this and I can help get your photos right!
If you are selling your images, please do let me know as this works slightly differently.  

A: Absolutely! You decide how many extra photographs you want in your collection after you’ve seen them.

A: My calendar is usually booked 2 months in advance. If you’re thinking about booking a London headshot photography photoshoot it’s best to get in touch straight away. I do try to be flexible, especially when it’s a headshot emergency! 

A: Absolutely! Making sure you feel comfortable and supported is very important to me. I have 2 requests. The 1st is they are your cheerleader and support you during this very special occasion. The 2nd is that you trust that I can see angles with my camera your loved one might not see from their position in the studio. I’ve got you.

After 3 months, I delete photographs you did not purchase from my hard drives and backup services. I will send an email before I delete anything forever!
I store the photographs you did purchase indefinitely in case you need additional copies.
